Job Description

Kate & Kole is seeking a customer experience specialist to own and nurture first conversations across live chat, Instagram and email. You will guide clients from enquiry to appointment, across engagement, wedding, fine jewellery, repairs and after-sales inquiries, delivering an unforgettable studio experience that drives sales.

Based in our Honeysuckle studio in Newcastle, you will collaborate with the team to respond quickly, qualify needs, and move conversations offline when appropriate.
