About The Role

n

MFE is continuing to grow across critical energy and industrial projects, and we're looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Supervisor to join the team in Chinchilla.

n

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for mechanically minded supervisors who thrive in fast-paced site environments and are passionate about leading trades teams, delivering quality outcomes, and building strong client relationships.

n

Working across a diverse portfolio of mechanical project scopes, you'll play a key role in driving safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery across the Surat Basin region.

n

With purpose, respect and a driven mindset, you'll contribute by:

- Lead and supervise mechanical trades teams across maintenance and project scopes
n
- Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget
n
- Coordinate daily site activities, contractors, materials, and resources
n
- Drive a strong safety-first culture and ensure compliance across all works
n
- Build and maintain positive client and stakeholder relationships onsite
n
- Monitor project progress, provide reporting updates,



and identify improvement opportunities.
n

Here's what you'll need to thrive in this role:

n

n
- Mechanical trade qualification (Fitter, Boilermaker or similar)
n
- Previous experience supervising mechanical or heavy industry work crews
n
- Solid leadership and communication skills with the ability to mentor teams
n
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a site-based environment
n
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
n
- Experience within mining, energy, oil & gas, or industrial services highly regarded.
