About the Role

n

Based at our Headquarters in Broadbeach, we are seeking an experienced General Manager Finance to lead our Finance function and play a key role in shaping the financial and commercial performance of dnata catering & retail Australia.

n

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will bring strategic insight, commercial discipline and strong people leadership to a complex, fast-paced national business. In this role you will:

- Lead financial stewardship across reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, working capital, tax, audit and financial systems.
n
- Partner with the CFO and Executive team to turn financial insights into explicit decisions, actions and results.
n
- Drive commercial performance across cost, productivity, profitability, pricing, contracts and investment decisions.
n
- Strengthen financial governance, controls and risk management while enabling practical business delivery.
n
- Lead Finance transformation, systems, reporting and process improvement to build a more efficient, scalable function.
n
- Build and develop a high-performing Finance team, with a strong focus on capability, leadership and succession.
n
- Act as a trusted partner to operational, corporate,



customer, supplier and Group stakeholders.
n

About You

n

n
- You are a commercially minded Finance leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will bring:
n
- Senior Finance leadership experience including strong technical and commercial expertise
n
- Proven people leadership capability, with experience leading and developing professional Finance teams
n
- Relevant professional Accounting qualification and eexperience with BI reporting tools. Oracle JDE ERP experience is preferred.
n
- Full ongoing working rights in Australia and ability to pass all pre-employment checks, including National Police Check and medical assessments
n
- Strong commitment to workplace safety, compliance, and professional standards.
n
- Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and integrity.
n
- Professional communication skills, with the ability to engage clearly and respectfully.
n
