Job Description

Townsville Hospital and Health Service invites applications for a Patient Feedback Officer to support positive patient experiences. Working in the Patient Feedback Service team, you will coordinate consumer feedback, ensuring concerns, compliments and suggestions are addressed in a timely, respectful, and person-centred manner.

You will collaborate with consumers, staff and service groups to promote effective feedback processes and inform service improvements.
