Freelance Site Manager – Facade Remediation Project

n Rate:£280–£300 per day CIS
n Duration: Ongoing, with the potential to become atemp-to-perm position for the right candidate

We are currently recruiting for an experiencedFreelance Site Managerto work asNo.2 to the Project Manageron a majorfacade remediation project.

n

You will take ownership of thefacade package, overseeing the day-to-day delivery, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring the works are delivered safely, to programme and to the required quality standards.

The Role

n

n
- Manage and oversee the facade remediation package from site.
n
- Work closely with the Project Manager as the No.2 on the project.
n
- Coordinate subcontractors, labour and site activities.
n
- Monitor programme, quality and H&S; compliance.
n
- Attend site meetings and coordinate with the wider project team.
n




- Ensure works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications and RAMS.
n
- Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants and the client team.

Requirements

Applicantsmusthave:

- A relevantdegree qualification.
n
- ValidSMSTS.
n
- ValidCSCScard.
n
- ValidFirst Aidqualification.
n
- Previous experience working forTier 1 contractors.
n
- Proven experience managingfacade/remediation packages.
n
- Astable career historywith no excessive movement between employers.
n
- Robust communication, organisational and leadership skills.
