Scotch Global (a sub-school of Scotch College Perth) is seeking an experienced IB Diploma Chemistry teacher to join our fully remote teaching team.

This is not a traditional classroom role. Teachers design and deliver high-quality learning through a combination of live collaborative sessions and structured independent work. The role requires clarity of thinking, strong communication, and the ability to engage students in an online environment.

We are looking for teachers who are confident in their practice, work well at pace, and are motivated to continually refine how they teach.

This is a permanent part time position, commencing as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will bring:

- Experience teaching IBDP Chemistry at Higher Level (HL)
- Confidence teaching senior secondary Science (Years 11–12 essential), with a strong conceptual focus
- Strong digital capability and the ability to deliver clear, well-structured lessons in an online environment
- High-level communication and relational skills with students, families and colleagues
- The ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a collaborative team
- An adaptable, forward-thinking mindset suited to a developing programme
- The ability to use your experience to refine teaching practice and contribute to skilled dialogue with colleagues
