Goulburn-Murray Water (GMW) is Australia’s largest rural water corporation responsible for storing, managing and delivering water across most of northern Victoria. GMW provides more than 39,000 services to about 25,000 customers in its operating region.

About the Role

Based in Tatura, you’ll join the Infrastructure Delivery Services team as a Maintenance Dispatch Planner, supporting the planning and coordination of planned and unplanned maintenance works across GMW.

Working closely with internal teams, contractors and service providers, you’ll schedule and coordinate works, manage work orders, organise permits and approvals, and monitor progress to ensure maintenance activities are delivered efficiently.

You’ll also play an important role in supporting data quality, providing technical support to users and identifying opportunities to improve maintenance planning processes and systems.

What do you need?

- Experience in works dispatch, works planning or maintenance planning is highly desirable; however, we will also consider candidates with Civil Maintenance, Electrical or Mechanical trade experience who are looking to move off the tools and into a planning role;
- Experience using IBM Maximo or a similar enterprise asset management system is highly desirable;
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office or similar;
- A strong focus on customer service and delivering quality outcomes;
- Clear communication and active listening skills;
- Strong problem-solving skills;




- A drive to identify and implement process improvements; and
- The ability to give and receive feedback.
