Position Purpose The Implementation Lead provides coordination, reporting, and administrative support across the Electronic Oral Health Record (EoHR) Program, reporting to the EoHR Program Manager within the CIO Portfolio. Supporting a major statewide clinical systems transformation, this role helps facilitate the implementation of a centralised Electronic Oral Health Record (EoHR) solution, enabling a consistent, modern, and secure clinical information environment across partner agencies.

Role Accountabilities

- Maintain and monitor program registers, schedules, milestones, actions, risks, issues, and dependencies across implementation workstreams.
- Coordinate data migration, system configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and go-live activities with agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Track progress, follow up outstanding actions, and escalate risks and issues to the Program Manager as required.
- Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), maintaining testing registers, defect logs, and status reports.
- Support deployment readiness activities, post-go-live issue management, and warranty tracking.

Role Requirements

Knowledge

Mandatory

- Tertiary qualification in Project Management or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel and MS Project.

Experience

Mandatory

- Experience coordinating activities across multiple projects or program workstreams.
- Experience supporting system testing activities,



including SIT and UAT.
- Solid written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear documentation for diverse audiences.
