The Opportunity

We’re expanding our in-house development team and are looking for a talented Junior Web Developer to join Jade Finance on a full-time, on-site basis. This role is ideal for a developer who enjoys building, maintaining, and improving real-world digital products. You’ll work closely with marketing, design, and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality web solutions that directly support the business.

About the Role

You’ll play a hands-on role across our websites and internal projects, with responsibilities including:

- Developing, maintaining, and improving company websites and internal web projects
- Building, customising, and maintaining WordPress websites, including themes, layouts, plugins, performance, and integrations
- Writing clean, efficient, and well-structured code across front-end and back-end components
- Troubleshooting,



debugging, and resolving website and application issues
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Providing progress updates and supporting smooth testing and deployments

What We’re Looking For

- Experience with WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, and PHP
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot both front-end and back-end issues
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Experience with Zapier and API integrations is advantageous but not required
- Must have full Australian work rights
