CLIQ Marketing is a 2x Google Premier Partner (2025 & 2026), specialising in Google Ads and lead generation for service businesses across Australia.

We're looking for an experienced full-cycle sales closer to join our team.

You'll receive a strong and consistent flow of warm inbound opportunities and speak directly with Australian business owners who are actively looking at ways to grow their business.

This is not an SDR or appointment-setting role.

You own the sale from the first conversation through to close.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for someone who already knows how to sell.

You might come from digital marketing, SaaS, telecommunications, finance, professional services or another high-volume B2B sales environment.

Digital marketing experience is highly regarded, but we're far more interested in whether you can actually close.

You should be comfortable picking up the phone, speaking directly with business owners, understanding what is happening commercially in their business and asking the questions required to determine whether there's genuinely a sale to be made.

You can discuss money comfortably. You can handle objections. You know how to ask directly for the business.

And when someone tells you they need to “think about it”, your instinct is to understand what they actually need to think about, not simply send another follow-up email.

Our sales cycles move quickly. We need someone who is comfortable working at pace, managing plenty of opportunity and keeping tight control of their pipeline.

We're looking for a closer, not simply a great relationship builder.

THE ROLE

You'll manage warm inbound opportunities from Australian business owners interested in digital marketing.

You'll qualify the opportunity, understand the business, recommend the appropriate solution, present pricing,



handle objections and close the client.

You'll also manage your own follow-up and pipeline and work directly with the founders to continually sharpen your performance.

There is plenty of opportunity available.

Your job is to convert it.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

We're looking for someone commercially sharp, confident on the phone and comfortable taking ownership of an outcome.

You don't need constant direction on what to do with an chance.

You don't mistake a prospect liking you for a successful sales call.

You're comfortable hearing no, and you don't keep dead opportunities alive simply because you don't want to lose them.

You understand that ultimately sales is measured by results.

Conversion. New clients. Revenue. Quality.

If you've worked in a high-volume environment before and know your own conversion numbers, we especially want to hear from you.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a fully remote, Australia-based position with a base salary + super and uncapped commission.

Strong performers can expect an OTE of approximately $90,000–$130,000+, with significant upside for someone who can consistently convert.

You'll have a strong flow of warm inbound opportunities, no cold prospecting requirement for your core pipeline, an established Google Premier Partner brand behind you and direct access to the founders.

This is an experienced sales position. We'll provide support, feedback and coaching, but we're looking for someone who already has the fundamentals and wants an setting where they can perform.
