Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Indoor Plant Technician role based in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

The Indoor Plant

Technician is responsible for the care and maintenance of indoor plants at client sites, ensuring healthy growth, attractive presentation, and a clean environment. Day-to-day tasks include watering, fertilizing, pruning, repotting, and monitoring plant health, as well as identifying and addressing pests, diseases, and environmental stress. The role involves inspecting plant displays, performing routine maintenance, and completing repairs or replacements as needed to meet client standards.

The Indoor Plant

Technician will also communicate with clients regarding plant care, follow safety procedures, and maintain accurate records of services performed.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Plant Operations and Plant Maintenance for indoor plant environments.




- Ability to perform Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance to identify issues early and maintain plant health.
- Experience with Maintenance & Repair of plant installations, containers, and related equipment.
- Basic knowledge of horticulture, including plant species, soil, light, and watering requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow care schedules and safety guidelines.
- Good communication skills and a professional client-focused approach.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move plants and equipment, and work on feet for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between client locations in Sydney, Recent South Wales.
