About the Role An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Industrial Engineer to support a major manufacturing improvement program focused on:

- Factory layout optimisation

- Production flow improvement

- Productivity and efficiency projects

- Continuous improvement initiatives

- Installation of new manufacturing equipment

- Capacity planning and site expansion projects

Key Responsibilities

Manufacturing Layout & Design

- Review current facility layouts

- Develop future-state layouts

- Improve material flow

- Optimise factory space utilisation

- Support expansion projects

Operational Improvement

- Conduct workflow analysis

- Complete time and motion studies

- Improve labour utilisation

- Identify bottlenecks

- Increase productivity and throughput

Continuous Improvement

- Lead Lean initiatives

- Reduce waste

- Improve processes

- Drive cost savings

- Deliver measurable improvements

Capital Projects

- Support recent equipment installations

- Assist with commissioning activities

- Improve operational readiness

- Support project implementation





Maintenance & Reliability

- Review downtime trends

- Support reliability improvements

- Participate in root cause analysis

- Improve equipment performance

About You

Essential

- Degree in Industrial, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering

- Minimum 5 years' manufacturing experience

- FMCG, food manufacturing or high-volume production experience

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience in productivity and process improvement

- Facility layout and workflow optimisation experience

Highly Desirable

- Lean Manufacturing experience

- AutoCAD experience

- Project management experience

- Food manufacturing experience
