The Opportunity We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Information Resources Specialist to join our Knowledge & Expertise (K&E;) team, on a full time, permanent basis. The creation of Ashurst Perkins Coie is the springboard for us to develop a truly advanced global and AI-enabled expertise offering for our lawyers and clients, with consistency in quality our guiding 'North Star'. Our specialists across our expanding K&E; function empower our legal teams with insights, skills and tools so that they can deliver exceptional client service across the globe.

The Information Resources Specialist is responsible for managing a portfolio of electronic subscriptions across the firm's global offices from acquisition and renewal through to de-selection.

The role is key to maintaining records, data integrity, and access across collection systems.

While ideally based at our Global Delivery Centre in Brisbane,



the Information Resources Specialist could also join us in either Melbourne or Sydney.

We are interested in hearing from people who have:

- A degree in Library and Information Studies, Information Management or a related discipline, with eligibility for ALIA membership, or an equivalent combination of education, training and relevant experience.
- 3+ years of experience in acquisitions, subscriptions, collection management, or information resource management within a library and information service.
- Experience working with a library management system performing library acquisitions, cataloguing and processing tasks, with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to manage multiple assignments and competing deadlines.
- Solution-focused approach to problem solving with critical, reflective and creative thinking, coupled with a process improvement mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a geographically dispersed global team.
