We're looking for an enthusiastic IT Infrastructure & Network Operations Specialist to join a growing technology team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career IT professional to gain hands-on experience across infrastructure, networking, cloud technologies, and operational support while working on meaningful technology initiatives.

What You'll Do

- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure and network services
- Support LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and cloud environments
- Investigate and troubleshoot infrastructure and connectivity issues
- Assist with Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Entra ID administration
- Work with service providers to ensure reliable and secure operations
- Contribute to infrastructure projects and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

✔ Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP,



and VLANs

✔ Knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft 365 fundamentals

✔ Familiarity with Azure, Active Directory, and Entra ID

✔ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

✔ Excellent communication and customer service mindset

✔ Passion for technology and a willingness to learn
