The Role: Beaumont Installations is seeking an experienced Installation Site Manager to oversee hard flooring installation projects while managing a network of skilled tradespeople. Reporting directly to the Installation Area Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating projects,



supporting trade partners, maintaining quality standards, and delivering exceptional outcomes for our customers.

This role is ideally suited to someone with a strong background in the hard flooring industry who is looking to take the next step in their career. Experience managing installers, coordinating projects, and delivering quality outcomes across residential and commercial projects will be highly regarded.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Manage the successful delivery of installation projects from scheduling through to completion
- Coordinate and support a network of installers and trade partners
- Ensure all installations meet quality standards, Australian Standards and building code requirements
- Conduct site inspections and resolve in office issues efficiently and professionally
- Develop strong relationships with builders, supervisors, construction managers and customers
- Monitor project timelines, productivity, costs and trade performance
- Ensure all safety requirements, reporting and compliance obligations are met
- Recruit and onboard new installers where required to support business growth

About You: To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

- Proven experience within the hard flooring industry.
- Strong understanding of hard flooring installation practices, workmanship standards and site operations
- Experience leading installers, contractors, trades or project teams
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive, hands-on approach to problem solving
- Confidence using technology and operational systems
- A commitment to delivering exceptional customer outcomes
