Senior Manager - Technology Services

IntelliPro Solutions is seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior Manager to lead our Technology Services division. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality IT services, drive operational excellence, and align technology initiatives with business objectives. You will lead a team of engineers and analysts, ensuring robust infrastructure, seamless service management, and forward-thinking innovation across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of technology professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement.

- Oversee day-to-day service delivery, including infrastructure, desktop support, and cloud operations, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.

- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for technology services that support scalability and digital transformation.

- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets to optimize performance and cost-effectiveness.

- Establish and enforce ITIL-aligned processes for incident, problem, change, and request management.

- Drive cybersecurity best practices, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation across all technology assets.

- Collaborate with executive leadership to identify technology opportunities that enhance business value and user experience.

- Report on operational performance,



project milestones, and resource allocation to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

- Experience: 8 years in IT operations or technology services, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership/management role.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Technical Expertise: Robust background in cloud platforms, networking, enterprise applications, and modern helpdesk operations.

- Frameworks: In-depth knowledge of ITIL, COBIT, or similar service management frameworks

- Leadership: Proven ability to manage diverse teams, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive change management initiatives.

- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and crisis-management abilities.

- Experience working with managed service providers or in a large enterprise environment is a plus.
