We're seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Internal Account Manager to support our team through a high-volume seasonal sales period.

Working with corporate customers across Australia, you'll manage inbound enquiries, coordinate new customer onboarding, guide customers through available solutions, and ensure orders progress smoothly from enquiry through to completion.

This is a fast-paced role that requires exceptional organisation, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.

This temporary contract will commence in mid October and run through to the end of November, supporting a peak trading period.

Your Role

- Responding to inbound sales enquiries from new and existing corporate customers
- Guiding customers through product options, pricing, branding opportunities and ordering processes, specifically for their Christmas range.
- Managing customer orders from enquiry through to confirmation
- Coordinating customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Working closely with customers to meet deadlines during a high-volume sales period
- Managing multiple customer requests simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Updating and managing customer information through HubSpot CRM
- Process and manage orders through Shopify
- Assisting customers with alternative product recommendations if specific items become unavailable
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in customer service and sales support, account coordination or customer success
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- Solid time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities




- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- A customer-first mindset balanced with a strong commercial focus
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot (highly regarded)
- Experience using Shopify or similar order management platforms (desirable)
- Proficiency across Microsoft 365
