Youll be working closely with suppliers, retailers, and commercial partners to keep products moving through the supply chain. The Role

Youll sit at the centre of the sales function, working closely with both customers and the external sales team to manage quotes, orders, and relationships from start to finish. Its a mix of inbound and outbound activity. Youll be responding to enquiries, following up on quotes, and identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts. What Youll Be

Doing - Managing customer enquiries across phone and email

- Preparing quotes and processing orders accurately
- Supporting the external sales team with account activity
- Following up on quotes and converting opportunities
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities




- Resolving issues around orders, delivery, and products What Youll Bring - Experience in internal sales, sales support, or a similar role
- Confidence dealing with customers and building relationships
- Strong attention to detail across quotes and order processing
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ERP or CRM capability
