We are looking for an energetic Internal Sales Assistant to join our busy team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales and customer service operations. You'll act as the key link between our valued clients, Account Managers, and the production team to ensure every job runs smoothly from the initial quote to final delivery.
- Assist Account Managers with daily administration, preparing quotes, and following up on job progress
- Chase up jobs to ensure strict delivery and installation deadlines are met
- Source and order non-stock materials and specialty items as required for custom jobs
- Work closely with Prepress and Production to resolve job sheet queries and proactively communicate any potential delays
About you
- Demonstrated background in short-run digital printing, large format printing, or signage (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a highly professional phone manner
- Outstanding time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple job sheets and deadlines in a rapid-paced environment
- A proactive approach to identifying production bottlenecks and keeping team members informed
- Confidence using print estimating/quoting software and general office suites
