Investment Manager – Australian Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain detailed financial models for development feasibilities, operations, debt, and valuations.
- Lead the evaluation, due diligence, and execution of acquisitions and disposals.




- Support quarterly reforecasting, variance analysis, and risk assessment.
- Assist in structuring debt facilities and managing banking relationships.
- Prepare comprehensive materials for boards, committees, and external investors.
- Conduct market and industry research to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities.

What you’ll bring:

- Previous experience in investment banking, private equity, funds management or related financial fields.
- Solid financial modelling and analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Deep understanding of real estate asset classes such as PBSA, BTR, or Senior Living.
- Proven ability to evaluate investments, conduct feasibility studies and perform valuation methodologies.
- Excellent commercial judgement, attention to detail, and proactive ownership.
