We are an IT Service Provider based in Sydney and are looking for an all-rounder IT Support Technician to join our growing team to provide support our client based at Melbourne area.

The person should have a genuine passion for computers & technology. You are the kind of person who likes to investigate new technologies. You must be able to follow instructions and able to work in team.

You are keen to learn and willing to go that extra mile. You must have a high attention to detail. You must be able to work independently. This is an all-rounder roll and requires providing 2nd level Servers, desktop and user support, networking.

You will also be involved on project(s) work and required to travel to travel to different offices in Melbourne Area.

Candidate must have

- You will be working with IT Manager
- Knowledge with Microsoft Windows 10/11 Desktop
- Knowledge with Microsoft Windows Server
- Knowledge with Office 365, Outlook Setup and Configurations
- Knowledge with Mobile Devices,



Laptops, Desktop Setup
- Installation of new hardware, window patching and monitoring.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Documentation Skills
- Can work on pressure
- Excellent understanding of Cabling, Networking.
- You will be part of the large IT Team to work on multi project.
- Must have working rights in Australia

You will be part of the large IT Team, Design, implement and manage multi site. Willing to work after hours
