Our Client Randstad has partnered with a market leading 3PL company for Australia, in their search for a Fleet Operations Supervisor for their Victorian business, based in Dandenong.

Your New Role

As Fleet Operations Supervisor you will hold responsibility for planning and allocation of the fleet and strategy.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

- Asset utilisation, Fleet planning and service operations
n
- Oversee fleet management & driver relationships
n
- Contribute to key strategic initiatives
n
- Champion safety & compliance standards
n
- Lead a culture of care, collaboration, & ownership
n
- Monitoring fleet processes to ensure high standards of quality, efficiency and productivity
