The Opportunity

Our client—a homegrown national hospitality group—has acquired a landmark venue in northern suburbs of Melbourne and is executing a massive, full-site renovation to convert it into their flagship entertainment and sports venue in the region.

We are searching for an experienced Gaming Manager to take full operational ownership of a contemporary 30-EGM gaming lounge. As the group's dedicated gaming specialist on site, you will be instrumental in consulting with senior leadership to establish this gaming operations model.

Working alongside a visible General Manager, you will lead the room directly from the floor. You will be responsible for setting exemplary service standards, maintaining strict regulatory compliance, driving machine performance, and building a loyal patron base in a high-volume, multi-faceted environment.

The Candidate

- Proven experience as a Gaming Manager,



Gaming Supervisor, or Duty Manager running a high-performing EGM room
n
- Expert knowledge of Victorian gaming operations, VGCCC regulations, AML/CTF reporting, and Responsible Gambling frameworks
n
- Active, visible leadership style focused on frontline team training, high-touch customer service, and absolute room presentation
