The Opportunity

n

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Project & Implementation Manager to lead the delivery of Ball & Doggett's next-generation e-commerce platform.

n

This is a client-side implementation role. Our strategy, business case,



requirements, RFP and implementation partner selection are already complete, and we are now entering the early implementation and solutioning phase.

n

You will take ownership of the project through discovery, solution design, build, integration, testing, business readiness and go-live.

n

This is much more than a website project. The transformation will impact customer experience, business processes, data, integrations and how customers transact with us. The platform will support B2B and B2C commerce and integrate with key systems including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, PIM, customer systems and third-party platforms.

What You'll Be Doing

n

Lead the end-to-end e-commerce implementation through to go-live

n

Manage the implementation partner and coordinate internal technology and business teams

n

Develop and manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and budgets

n

Lead discovery and solution design workshops and translate requirements into practical solutions

n

Coordinate integrations, data, pricing, customer experience and business processes

n

Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, Finance and Product teams

n

Oversee testing, user acceptance, business readiness and go-live activities

n





Provide clear project reporting and updates to senior stakeholders

n

Manage scope, priorities, change and delivery risks throughout the project

n

About You

n

You'll be an experienced project or implementation professional who understands the complexity of delivering enterprise e-commerce transformation.

n

You'll bring:

n

Proven experience delivering e-commerce, digital commerce or enterprise technology implementations

n

Experience managing projects from discovery and solution design through to go-live

n

Solid client-side project and vendor management experience

n

Experience working with complex B2B, wholesale, distribution, manufacturing or retail environments

n

Understanding of integrations and enterprise platforms such as ERP, PIM or CRM

n

Experience with Shopify, BigCommerce or similar e-commerce platforms is highly regarded

n

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems is highly regarded

n

Strong stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills

n

The ability to influence across technical and business teams and keep complex projects moving
