Job Description

Aspire4Life in Victoria is seeking a Clinical Aged Care Assessor to join our community-based team across Northern Metro suburbs including Glenroy, Broadmeadows, Coburg and Campbellfield. You will conduct holistic assessments in clients' homes, developing personalised support plans to promote independence and well-being.

This full time role offers comprehensive training, work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, and opportunities to advance in aged care.
