The Opportunity:

The primary responsibilities of this role include loading and unloading of containers and trucks using forklifts up to 16 tonnes.
n
Manual handling and load restraint are a major part of the job.
n
This opportunity is ideal for a team-player with a positive attitude ready to contribute and be cross skilled in all areas of the operation.
n
You will:
n
n
- Hold a valid forklift licence and have experience in forklift & combilift operations up to 16 tonnes
n
- Be confident with loading and unloading containers and trucks and application of load restraints.
n
- Communicate effectively and follow instructions
n
- Be willing to be cross trained in different areas of the operation including warehousing and stock take and the company SAP system
n
- Have a solid commitment to safety regulations, ensuring the yard and warehouse safety standards are adhered to
n
- Be open to undertaking other ad hoc duties or tasks as they arise
n
n
What you'll bring:

You will have:

- Current forklift license
n
- Forklift operating experience
n
- Manual handling experience
n
- Outstanding communication skills
n
- Experience operating Staddle Carriers – Highly regarded
n
- Physically Fit and comfortable with manual work
