WAITSTAFF/CASUAL SUPERVISORS AT FABBRICA (Darlinghurst/CBD)

Fabbrica is looking for awesome waitstaff or supervisors to join the team.

We’re after people who are warm, switched-on and genuinely love hospitality. You don’t need to know everything about wine or pasta on day one but you must be ready to learn!

What you’ll be doing

- Looking after guests and making them feel at home

- Talking about pasta, wine and everything delicious

- Delivering warm, genuine and knowledgeable service

- Keeping up when the restaurant gets busy

- Working as part of a tight-knit team

- Getting very, very passionate about Italian food

What we’re looking for

- Hospitality experience is great, but attitude is everything

- Someone who enjoys being around people
- A valuable communicator who works well in a team





- Someone who can stay calm when the tickets start flying
- An interest in food, wine and restaurants
- A positive, energetic attitude

- Availability across evenings and weekends
