People & Wellness Administrator

$48,000 - $52,000 Super (30.4 hours per week) - Flexible across 4 or 5 days

At Physio Inq, we support a national workforce of mobile clinicians, leaders and support employees across Australia. We're looking for an organised, dependable and proactive administrator to join our People & Wellness team.

This role plays an significant part in keeping employee lifecycle, compliance and People & Wellness administration activities running smoothly. You'll work across multiple systems, support a geographically dispersed workforce, and contribute to continuous improvements that make work easier for employees and leaders.

About the Role

You'll provide administrative support across a broad range of People & Wellness activities, including:

- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities
- Maintaining employee records and documentation within Employment Hero
- Responding to enquiries received through the People & Wellness inbox
- Allocating and tracking online learning and development activities
- Maintaining compliance records and mandatory employment documentation
- Supporting workplace health, safety and wellbeing administration
- Assisting with People & Wellness projects and initiatives
- Contributing ideas and practical improvements to workflows, systems and processes

About You

You are someone who

- Takes ownership and follows tasks through to completion




- Delivers accurate work and has strong attention to detail
- Is organised, dependable and responsive
- Prioritises competing requests effectively
- Builds positive working relationships across a diverse workforce
- Learns new systems quickly and works confidently across digital platforms
- Exercises sound judgement and escalates matters appropriately
- Looks for practical ways to improve efficiency and reduce repetitive administration
- Enjoys working in an agile environment where priorities can evolve

Skills & Experience

You may come from a background in:

- HR Administration
- People & Culture Administration
- Recruitment Administration
- Operations Administration
- Workforce Administration
- Community Services Administration
- Healthcare Administration
- Customer Service and Administration

Experience with Employment Hero or similar HR systems will be highly regarded.
