Your day will include:





- Supporting two Senior Property Managers with the day-to-day management of a premium portfolio
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs
- Building robust relationships with landlords, tenants and trades
- Conducting routine inspections
- Completing rent reviews and rent increases
- Learning from some of the best property professionals in the industry

What we're looking for:

- Previous experience as a Leasing Consultant, Property Officer or Junior Property Manager
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
- Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- A positive attitude, strong organisation skills and a genuine desire to build a long-term career in property management
