We're opening brand-new Kathmandu Pop-Up Stores this September and October and are looking for passionate, customer-focused people to join our Store Team on a 4-month fixed-term contract.

Whether you're an experienced retail leader ready to take on a Store Manager role or a customer-service superstar looking to join our Sales Assistant team, we'd love to hear from you.

These are unique opportunities to help bring a new store to life, create memorable customer experiences, and be part of an exciting chapter for Kathmandu.

A Little Bit About the Role…

As a member of our Pop-Up Store Team, you'll help create an exceptional in-store experience while bringing the Kathmandu brand to life.

Depending on your experience and the role you are appointed to, you may:

- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing expert product advice and creating genuine customer connections.
- Support the day-to-day operation of the store, ensuring presentation, stock, and merchandising standards are consistently maintained.
- Drive sales results by helping customers find the right gear for their next adventure.
- Lead and inspire a team (Store Manager roles), creating a positive culture and supporting team development.
- Maintain operational excellence, including stock management, compliance, and safety standards.
- Represent the Kathmandu brand, sharing our commitment to sustainability, adventure, and outdoor living.

What We're Looking For…

You'll thrive in our pop-up environment if you:

- Love delivering great customer experiences and enjoy connecting with a diverse range of people.
- Bring a positive, can-do attitude and enjoy working as part of a team.
- Have retail experience or transferable customer service skills.
- Enjoy a fast-paced setting and can confidently adapt to changing priorities.
- Have a passion for the outdoors, travel, adventure, or helping others explore more.
- Demonstrate leadership capability and experience leading teams (for Store Manager opportunities).

Most importantly, we're looking for people who are enthusiastic, reliable, and excited about being part of an exciting new retail journey.
