About the Opportunity

Ready to be the engine behind some of Australia's most important convenience customers?

We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded Key Account Support professional to join our Wholesale Partnerships team in Crestmead. Reporting to the National Account Manager,



you'll play a critical role in supporting major customer accounts, driving operational excellence, delivering outstanding customer service and helping unlock profitable growth opportunities.

- Support major customer accounts and contribute to sales growth initiatives
- Manage service-related activities including stock issues, allocations, pricing and claims
- Assist with sales planning, forecasting and promotional execution
- Produce reporting and insights to support commercial decision-making
- Coordinate customer meetings, reviews and business planning activities
- Analyse sales performance and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of customer plans
- Support trade shows, conferences and business development activities

What are we looking for?

- Previous experience in FMCG, retail, convenience or customer-facing sales roles
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel capability
- Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
