We are looking for enthusiastic Kitchen Hands to join our team at Perugino Restaurant in the vibrant suburb of West Perth, WA. This is a permanent part time or casual role, depending on your availability. We have two shifts per day. Our day staff work from 11.00am to 4.00pm. Our evening staff work from 7.00pm to closing. We are open from Tuesday to Saturday. We are looking for long term staff. Holiday makers need not apply.
As a Kitchen Hand, you'll be an integral part of our fast-paced hospitality operations, working collaboratively to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen environment.
What you'll be doing
- Cleaning the restaurant space in the morning
- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen workspace
- Washing and storing kitchen equipment and utensils
- Supporting the kitchen team during busy periods
- Completing other duties as required to contribute to the overall success of the kitchen operations
What we're looking for
- Good attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced workplace
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- A passionate interest in food preparation and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
