You’ll focus on washing dishes, keeping equipment clean and helping the kitchen stay organised through busy service.

What you’ll be doing
- Wash and put away crockery, utensils, pots and pans
- Keep the dishwashing area clean, organised and ready for service
- Keep up with dishes so chefs have the equipment they need
- Complete daily cleaning tasks and remove rubbish
- Help with deliveries, storage and basic kitchen tasks as needed
- Follow food safety and workplace health and safety procedures
What we’re looking for
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Willingness to pitch in and support the kitchen team
- Ability to stay organised during busy service
- Availability across days, nights,
weekends and public holidays
- Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience is welcome but not essential
