About the Role
We are currently seeking reliable, safety-focused Casters / Production Workers to join our busy team.
Whether you bring years of precast experience or are eager to learn on the job with full training provided, we want to hear from you!
What You Will Do
- Clean and set up steel molds.
- Put steel frames inside the molds.
- Pour fresh concrete into the molds.
- Smooth out the concrete tops.
- Take the finished concrete out when dry.
- Use tools and machines (we teach you how).
What You Need
- Want to work hard and learn new skills.
- Be on time every day.
- Care about working safely.
- Have a car or a way to get to work.
