Join our team as a Land Officer in Robina (other locations considered) in a permanent flexible full-time role. You'll assess and monitor state land dealings, coordinate application lodgement processes, provide advice on land administration matters and support quality service delivery under the Land Act 1994.

Our Land division are the stewards for 60% of the land in Queensland and we deliver a variety of land and property services across Queensland, including land and asset valuations; state land administration and on ground management surveying services; native title claims and compensation; Indigenous land services; vegetation management; place names; and government land acquisitions. As an AO4 Land Officer within Land Administration and Tenure Solutions, you will contribute to the administration of Queensland's state land portfolio and support outcomes that deliver social, cultural, environmental and economic benefits for Queensland communities. Working within Land Services, you will undertake research, analysis and assessment activities that support effective land administration and tenure management across the state.

In this role, you will assess and monitor state land dealings, analyse information, prepare submissions and recommendations, and provide timely advice on legislation, policy and land administration matters. You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders including government partners, local authorities, industry and community representatives to achieve the shared goal of managing land for future generations.

Success in this role will come from your ability to interpret and apply legislation, communicate effectively, manage competing priorities and build productive working relationships while delivering high-quality service to clients and stakeholders.
