Our client has recently secured two additional maintenance contracts and is now building its supervisory and leading-hand teams ahead of the October 2026 commencement.
The majority of the work will be South of the River, with new projects also commencing in Cambridge. Wherever possible, you will be allocated to projects that provide a reasonable commute from home.
Positions Available:
- 1x Maintenance Supervisor - overseeing a team of approx. 15 staff members & paying between $45/Hr - $50/Hr pending experience
- 2x Horticulture Leading Hands - overseeing 1-2 offsiders & paying approx.. $40/Hr
- 1x Turf Leading Hand - overseeing 1-2 offsiders & paying approx.. $40/Hr
Maintenance Supervisor – $45–$50/hr
Lead a team of approximately 15 staff across multiple maintenance projects, coordinating daily operations and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You’ll work closely with management and clients while supporting the mobilisation and growth of the current contracts.
Previous supervisory/team leadership experience in landscape maintenance, horticulture, turf or grounds maintenance is required.
Horticulture Leading Hands – approx. $40/hr
Lead a small team of 1–2 offsiders across ongoing horticulture and landscape maintenance projects, coordinating daily works and ensuring gardens and grounds are maintained to a high standard.
Strong horticulture,
landscaping or grounds maintenance experience is essential. Previous Leading Hand experience is preferred, however experienced operators ready to step into leadership are encouraged to apply.
Turf Leading Hand – approx. $40/hr
Lead a small team of 1–2 offsiders across ongoing turf maintenance projects, coordinating daily works and ensuring turf areas are maintained to a high standard.
Strong turf and landscape maintenance experience is essential. Previous leadership experience is highly regarded, with experienced operators looking to step up also encouraged to apply.
