About the role

Narellan Pools Geelong is seeking a skilled and dedicated Landscaper to join our team on a full-time basis. Based in Torquay VIC 3228, this role is fundamental to delivering high-quality landscaping solutions for our pool and outdoor living projects. As a Landscaper, you will play a crucial part in transforming outdoor spaces, working alongside our construction and contracts management teams to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards.

This position offers the prospect to contribute meaningfully to the aesthetic and functional success of our residential and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare and grade landscaping sites, ensuring proper drainage and soil conditions for planting and hardscaping installations
- Install and maintain landscaping features, including garden beds, turf, plants, trees, and shrubs in accordance with project specifications
- Construct and install hardscaping elements such as pathways, paving, retaining walls, decking and garden edging
- Operate landscaping equipment and machinery safely and efficiently, including excavators, compactors and hand tools
- Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate landscaping work with pool installations and other outdoor living features

What we're looking for

- Proven experience working as a Landscaper within the construction or landscaping industry, ideally with 2+ years of hands-on experience
- Proficiency in hardscaping installation techniques and materials, including paving, decking and retaining structures
- Excellent physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour in varying weather conditions
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship




- Strong communication and teamwork skills with ability to take direction and work collaboratively on-site
- Valid driver's licence and ability to travel to various project sites
