We are now looking for a Lead Estimator to join their operations and continue to drive a solid project pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:Within this role you will be responsible for overseeing the full tender process across both Commercial and Residential projects.

Key duties and responsibilities could include,

- Using first principal estimating methods to build initial estimates
- Preparing pricing from subcontractors and suppliers
- Maintain accurate database of pricing
- Working closely with Project Managers to ensure Construction methodologies are achievable
- Preparing tender documents for submission to clients
- Lead and coach other members of the Estimating team

About you: To be successful within this role you will bring a strong understanding of Estimating practices within Construction,



along with the following key skills & experience,

- Strong leadership skills, ability to coach and manage team members
- Ability to work within a larger team environment
- Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Flexibility and adaptability to support the team on projects as required
- Knowledge and experience of Estimating software programs
- Ideally hold a relevant qualifications such as Bachelor of Construction Management or Civil Engineering
