About the Role

The Learning and Capability Lead, reporting to the Head of Finance Strategy & Execution, plays a key role in shaping and executing strategic people, talent and capability initiatives across Enterprise Finance. Through engagement with a broad range of stakeholders, including the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Finance Leadership Team (FLT) and functional representatives, the role is responsible for designing and delivering programs that strengthen organisational capability, support talent and succession pipelines, foster a high-performance culture, and build a future-ready workforce aligned to ANZ2030 priorities. Through the delivery of enterprise-wide initiatives, the role helps position Enterprise Finance as a place where people are empowered to develop, grow and perform at their best. Work Hours: Full Time (40 hours/Weekly)

What will your day look like?

As a Learning and Capability Lead, you are accountable for: · Develop and deliver Enterprise Finance's talent and capability agenda, including leadership development, succession planning,

technical capability uplift, and professional development pathways.

· Develop and deliver the Enterprise Finance capability roadmap, building critical skills and strengthening future workforce capability.

· Design and deliver change,



engagement and communication strategies that build awareness, support adoption and enable successful implementation of people initiatives.

· Lead culture and engagement initiatives across Enterprise Finance, partnering on both organisation-led and Enterprise Finance-led programs to strengthen inclusion, wellbeing, connection and high-performance culture, including WIL program management .

· Establish and oversee enterprise-wide people programs (such as graduate and intern programs), ensuring effective governance,

stakeholder engagement, delivery outcomes and alignment to strategic priorities.

· Manage external partnerships and third-party providers, overseeing program delivery, vendor performance, budgets and compliance with ANZ vendor management requirements.

· Strong planning, organisation and execution skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes in a complex environment. · Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence across all levels of the organisation.

· Experience developing and executing change and communication strategies that build engagement, drive adoption and support the successful delivery of people initiatives.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into practical solutions and outcomes.





· A curiosity to learn, explore new ideas and continuously improve the effectiveness and impact of people programs and initiatives.
