About the role
At Jackman & McRoss, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Lead Pastry Chef to join our pastry team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with strong commercial experience in croissant and viennoiserie production, who takes pride in producing consistently high-quality products. You will take a lead role in our croissant and pastry production, working closely with the team to maintain quality, consistency and presentation.
You will also have the chance to develop new croissants, viennoiserie and pastry products and bring new ideas to our range.
