The role oversees maintenance, repair and minor works across Melbourne CBD, Docklands and Southbank to keep plant and equipment reliable and protected.
You will lead a small team and contractors, manage a maintenance services budget up to AU$1 million, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices while driving asset
