About the role
As a Learn to Swim Instructor, you'll play a key role in fostering a love of the water and supporting the mission to create a healthy, connected, and empowered community. You'll help children develop essential swimming skills in a safe, inclusive, and fun environment.
Key responsibilities
- Teach children swimming skills and water safety
- Foster confidence in kids in the water
- Support a safe, inclusive, and fun learning workplace
About you
- Current Learn to Swim qualification (AUSTSWIM or equivalent)
- Energetic, reliable, and great with kids and families
- Available Saturday mornings,
with potential for up to 2 additional weekday shifts
- Passion for community, health, and inclusion
