What you can expect with this role
n
n
- Be part of developing, implementing, and refining customer-focused initiatives
n
- Changing of water meters in the Perth metro area
n
- Support team building, communication, and continuous improvement
n
- Investigate and resolve customer enquiries and complaints with expert insights
n
- Carry out ad hoc work such as remote logger replacements, obstruction clearance, investigations, Large meter pre validation's and other projects, as required
n
- Perform meter tests to assist billing processes
n
n
Your skills and experience
n
For this role, we are looking for outstanding talent with:
n
n
- A WA Class C Driver's Licence
n
- Demonstrated knowledge of field based operations as it relates to Metering Services and customer accounting practices and processes.
n
- Demonstrated customer orientation and service ethic
n
- You're comfortable working independently
n
- You'll be working independently, often outdoors in all weather conditions, and safety will always be your top priority. This role will require travel throughout the Perth Metro area.
