Ray White Ringwood are seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Manager or Senior Property Manager to join our high-performing team. The ideal candidate will be organised, have a bright and bubbly personality, a warm phone manner, exceptional presentation skills, and a keen interest in the Real Estate Industry. Tasks include but not limited to:

n

Effectively managing a portfolio of residential properties, including conducting inspections, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and addressing tenant inquiries

n

Providing effective communication between Residential Rental Providers and Renters

n

Ensuring timely rent collection and pursuing any necessary debt recovery actions

n

Providing regular updates and detailed financial reporting to Residential Rental Provider clients

n

Collaborating with the broader team to identify and implement process improvements

n

Maintaining comprehensive property and Renter records in accordance with legislative requirements

n

Ensure compliance with minimum standards and safety checks

n

Coordinate repairs for the property portfolio and communicate with contractors

n

Conducting rent reviews and lease renewals

n

Complete Condition Reports, Routine Inspection Reports and Exit Reports for portfolio

n

Open for inspections, if required

n

Issue resolution and mediation of any disputes

n

VCAT applications and attendance

n

Working towards KPIs and targets

n

Requirements:

n

Experience as a Property Manager, preferably in the residential leasing and property management sector

n





Strong working knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Residential Tenancies Act

n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients

n

A results-oriented mindset and a proven track record of achieving key performance indicators

n

Proficiency in using property management software

n

A current Victorian driver's licence and a clear police check

n
