Job Description

BASSCARE is seeking a Permanent Full time Senior Payroll Officer to manage end-to-end fortnightly payroll for ~750 staff, ensuring accuracy, on-time payments, and compliance with legislation and enterprise agreements.

You will navigate SCHADS and Retail Awards, salary packaging, and governance for the payroll function, reporting to the Finance Manager within a Not-for-Profit setting. This role offers development opportunities and a supportive team culture.
