Benetas, a not-for-profit aged care provider in Victoria, is seeking an experienced Regional Business Manager - North West to lead Residential Services. Reporting to the General Manager, you will steer a team of Residential Managers and drive performance across occupancy, care funding, and EBITDA while maintaining person-centred care.
