Therapeutic Specialist
n Location: Kununurra
n Hours: Fulltime, 38-hour week, Monday - Friday, some WFH
n Salary: $110,000 plus Super and Car Allowance

About the role

n

Lead therapeutic care for Children and Young People in OOHC. Manage a caseload and embed trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice. Guide Care Teams, drive case goals, and deliver hands-on therapeutic support under clinical supervision.

Duties

n

Your day-to-day duties will include:

n

- Conduct assessments and set intervention plans
n
- Deliver trauma-informed therapeutic support
n
- Lead Care Team meetings and guide practice
n
- Manage risk, compliance, and reporting
n
- Collaborate with stakeholders and courts
n

n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Degree in Psychology, Social Work, OT, MH Nursing or similar
n




- Proven experience in therapeutic/OOHC settings
n
- Current AHPRA or relevant registration
n
- NDIS and disability pathway knowledge
n
- Driver license and probity checks
n
