About the Role

Kids Patrol is seeking a passionate and experienced Child Care Worker / Room Leader to join our team on a full-time basis. This role involves supporting the development and wellbeing of children while delivering high-quality early childhood education programs in line with the ACECQA framework.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Provide high-quality care and supervision for children
n
- Plan and implement educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
n
- Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing
n
- Maintain a safe and compliant environment
n
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff
n
- Contribute to documentation and observations.
n

Skills & Experience Required

n

n




- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a childcare setting
n
- Strong understanding of EYLF and National Quality Standards
n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
n
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training.
n

Employment Details

n

Position: Full time (38 hours per week)

n

Salary: $77,000 - $82,000 per annum + superannuation.
