Our continued growth has created an opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to help lead our next phase of expansion.

n

The Opportunity

n

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of electrical projects ranging from $2M to $30M+.

n

You will be responsible for leading project teams from tender handover through to commissioning, practical completion and defects liability while ensuring outstanding safety, quality, commercial and client outcomes.

n

You will play a key role in developing future leaders within the business while mentoring Project Managers, Engineers and Site Supervisors.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Lead delivery of major Defence, Infrastructure and Tier 1 electrical projects

n

Manage project financial performance, forecasting and profitability

n

Oversee procurement strategy and subcontractor engagement

n

Develop and maintain client and stakeholder relationships

n

Identify commercial opportunities and variation claims

n

Drive project programming and resource planning

n

Ensure compliance with contractual, statutory and quality requirements

n

Lead and develop project delivery teams

n

Manage project risk, delay and disruption mitigation strategies

n

Champion a culture of safety excellence and continuous improvement

n

Support tender development and business growth initiatives

n

About You

n

You are a proven electrical project leader who thrives in complex environments and has a track record of successfully delivering large‐scale projects.

n





Minimum 8+ years Project Management experience within electrical construction

n

Experience working on Tier 1, Defence, Major Infrastructure and Industrial projects

n

Strong commercial and contractual management capability

n

Proven leadership of multidisciplinary project teams

n

Excellent client‐facing communication and stakeholder management skills

n

Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities

n

Solid understanding of Australian Standards and WHS legislation

n

Qualifications

n

Electrical Trade Qualification

n

Electrical Workers Licence

n

Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Engineering or Construction Management

n

White Card

n

Current Driver's Licence

n

Highly Regarded

n

Defence project experience

n

High Voltage infrastructure experience

n

SAPN experience and stakeholder relationships

n

Contestable works delivery experience

n

Estimating and pre‐contracts experience

n

Security Clearance (or ability to obtain)

n
