Job Description

Optus is seeking a Senior Network Engineer – Sensitive Customer to provide Level 1 operational coverage and incident management. You'll own fault restoration and tickets end-to-end, ensuring customer service levels are met, and you will monitor network health and respond quickly to incidents.

You'll collaborate with internal teams, field services, regulatory bodies, and third parties, coordinating stakeholders to continuously improve service outcomes and meet KPI targets.
